Here’s how I will make your business better.

Where the money is leaking

Conservative estimates of what each issue costs per month. Fix these first—then we layer in growth.

Checkout conflict

$11,160/mo

Connection errors on mobile checkout (Safari/Chrome) cause avoidable abandonment. We fix the script conflict so buyers can complete purchase.

Search & tag logic

$13,125/mo

“Purse” queries send high-intent users to totes and backpacks. We re-index and align categories so search matches intent and keeps them in funnel.

Mobile navigation

$12,425/mo

Text-heavy menu creates choice paralysis and bounce before product pages. We move to a visual mega-menu so travelers find the right bag faster.

PDP conversion gap

$23,625/mo

Product pages lead with specs instead of security confidence. We redesign to benefit-first copy, sticky add-to-cart, and clear installments so mobile converts.

FAQ & blog monetization

$1,400+/mo

Strong content isn’t wired to products or search. We add FAQ schema on PDPs and product bridges in the blog so authority turns into traffic and sales.

Total conservative estimate: $61,735/mo · ~$774K/year. Moderate estimate runs to ~$85K/mo. Roughly 26% of current revenue is recoverable.

Where you stand vs. where we get you

Travelon’s brand signal is strong; digital execution is where we close the gap so the site converts and scales.

Solutions: what we fix and how

Each issue has a direct fix. We implement in phases so you stop losing revenue first, then add growth levers.

1. Search intent mismatch

High-intent “purse” queries land on tote/backpack results. Users exit instead of buying.

Solution:

Re-index product tags so “purse” prioritizes small-to-medium shoulder bags. Add visual search suggestions (e.g. “Most popular purse” thumbnails) so intent matches results and high-value sessions convert.

2. Mobile navigation overload

Text-heavy menu with 15+ items mixes collections and product types. Users bounce before reaching the right PDP.

Solution:

Replace with a visual mega-menu by function (Purses, Backpacks, Totes) and intent (anti-theft level, daily vs. travel). Cut the first screen to ~5 core choices so travelers find the right bag without guessing.

3. PDP messaging is spec-first

Pages lead with materials and dimensions instead of “travel with confidence.” Mobile users scroll past the fold and drop off.

Solution:

Above the fold: security-level badge, price, and installments. Replace long spec blocks with a short “Safety Story” (slash-proof, locking straps, RFID). Move full specs into a collapsed accordion. Add a sticky add-to-cart so the buy button is always in thumb reach. See the before/after example below.

4. Checkout error risk

Script conflicts on mobile checkout trigger “Connection Error” and abandoned carts.

Solution:

Resolve the checkout API/script conflict as priority one. Add an automated “We noticed a glitch” recovery email with a one-time discount so we recapture a share of failed sessions immediately.

5. FAQ and blog not driving sales

FAQ lives off-PDP; blog doesn’t link clearly to products. Authority doesn’t convert to revenue.

Solution:

Embed contextual FAQs on PDPs with FAQ schema so they can show as rich results. Add product bridges and CTAs in the blog so every piece of content can lead to a purchase.

90-day plan: stop the bleed, then grow

Three phases. First we plug the revenue leak, then we lift conversion, then we build an SEO and AI moat so growth compounds.

Phase 1 · Days 1–30

Revenue recovery

Fix checkout, re-index search/tags, deploy recovery emails. Product and FAQ schema on top sellers. Goal: stop active revenue loss.

Phase 2 · Days 31–60

Conversion lift

Visual mega-menu, benefit-first PDP rollout, sticky ATC, installment visibility, FAQ schema across PDPs. Goal: remove friction between discovery and purchase.

Phase 3 · Days 61–90

Authority and growth

New and optimized blog content, buyer’s guides, product schema and E-E-A-T signals. Goal: compound traffic and conversion over time.
